Hi, I’m Sarah, the founder of Prep & Play.
I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have worked in the early learning field as a Teacher Aide, supporting young children as they develop the foundational skills they need for school and life.
I’m also a proud mother of three, and my passion for Prep & Play truly began at home. While preparing my own children for school, I realised how important those early learning experiences are in building confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

Through both my professional experience and my journey as a parent, I noticed a gap between kindergarten and starting school. Many children benefit from extra support in developing early literacy, fine motor skills, social confidence, and classroom readiness—but in a way that is still fun, engaging, and play-based.
That’s why I created Prep & Play.

Prep & Play is designed to bridge the gap between kindergarten and school through small group sessions that focus on school readiness in a nurturing, supportive environment. Our program helps children build confidence, strengthen important early learning skills, and develop positive learning habits before they enter the classroom.
